These terms and the applicable project agreement form the enterprise service arrangement. The project agreement defines features, milestones, acceptance criteria and service levels.
Customer responsibility and acceptable use
Customers provide accounts, content, data and system access they are authorized to use and establish the required permissions. Services are based on user-initiated interaction or clear authorization and must not support unsolicited messaging, deception, harassment, unlawful scraping or activity that violates connected-service rules.
Delivery and managed operations
Projects follow confirmed milestone, review, change-control and acceptance processes. Managed operations cover monitoring, rule and content maintenance, incident response, workflow optimization and human-handoff coordination, with service levels defined in the project agreement.
Data, intellectual property and confidentiality
